Anaheim, CA – Injury Accident on SR-91 Near State College Blvd

Anaheim, CA (May 2, 2022) – Injuries stemmed from a serious car accident that took place on a major roadway in Anaheim on Monday night, May 2.

According to California Highway Patrol officials, the accident happened around 9:28 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of SR-91 around the area of State College Boulevard. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged and had to be towed away from the scene.

Paramedics, fire crews, and several other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained injuries in the collision. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment, though their conditions are not known at this time.

The roadway was blocked in several eastbound lanes of traffic for an extended period of time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
