Brea, CA – Car Crash in NB Lanes of CA-57 Near Tonner Canyon Rd
Brea, CA (January 30, 2022) – Injuries were reported in a serious car crash that took place on a major highway in Brea on Saturday, January 29.
According to California Highway Patrol officials, the accident happened in the northbound lanes of CA-57 around the area of Tonner Canyon Road. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they allegedly collided with one another due to reasons that are not fully known. The vehicles involved in the accident sustained heavy damages as a result of the accident.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of the collision. The injured parties were hospitalized, though their identities and conditions are not yet known.
Several northbound lanes of traffic were blocked in the area as police worked to clear the scene.
