Capistrano, CA (December 20, 2022) – On Tuesday afternoon, December 20, a SIG Alert was issued for a serious accident that resulted in injuries and traffic delays in Capistrano.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident occurred around 3 p.m. on the northbound 15 Freeway near Alicia Parkway. The accident occurred when two vehicles collided as they were traveling in the same direction on the freeway.
