We would like to offer our deepest condolences to the family of the deceased victim at this time.

Motorcycle Accidents in California

Motorcycle accidents have been increasing every year in California but still cause thousands of injuries and hundreds of fatalities every year. In 2018, it is estimated that approximately 523 lives were lost due to California motorcycle accidents. By 2019, it was reported that approximately 474 people were killed in fatal motorcycle accidents. It is never easy to face the loss of a loved one whose life has been taken prematurely in a fatal motorcycle accident. If you and your family have suffered from these enormous losses, you should be prepared to speak with an attorney who has your best interests in mind.

One of the major reasons why motorcycle accidents happen is because drivers are unsure about how they will share the roads with motorcyclists. Because of this, drivers are more likely to engage in negligent acts that put motorcyclists at risk, even if it was an accident. If you have sustained enormous losses due to a motorcycle crash, you should have assistance on your side. An attorney will be able to help you gather necessary evidence in your claim, as well as help you to meet deadlines that are required of you. If you have sustained losses in a motorcycle crash, you should speak with a Garden Grove motorcycle accident lawyer who has handled these types of claims in the past.
