Bicycle Accidents in California

Bicyclists are some of the most vulnerable parties on our roads, as they have no protection from harm when struck by a vehicle. In California, it is estimated that approximately 4% of all auto-related accidents involve bicyclists. Between the years 2016 through 2018, it was estimated that approximately 450 cyclists were killed in accidents throughout California. In 2020, these accidents hit a 25-year high within the state. It is never easy to face the aftermath of a bicycle accident, especially if you have lost someone you love in a crash. It is crucial that you speak with an attorney that you can trust after a fatal crash.

Bicyclists tend to suffer from catastrophic harm in the event of an accident. The unfortunate truth is that the driver involved in these accidents will try to pin the blame on the bicyclist. This means that you could be left feeling helpless and alone. As you are grieving the loss of a loved one, you may wonder how you will afford to pay the bills that pile up against you. This is why it is essential that you bring a claim with the dedicated help of a Huntington Beach wrongful death attorney.
