Jurupa Valley, CA – Aaron Ruiz Killed After Colliding with Abandoned Semi on Etiwanda Ave
Jurupa Valley, CA (February 15, 2023) – A man was killed after crashing into a tractor-trailer in Jurupa Valley on Sunday, February 12.
The fatal accident was reported at the 5600 block of Etiwanda Avenue near Mechanics Way at around 8 a.m. It was later revealed that Aaron Ruiz was traveling on the road when it crashed into the rear of a parked semi-truck. The impact caused the victim’s vehicle to catch fire, and he was trapped inside.
Ruiz suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported in the crash.
An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is being handled by local authorities.
