Pedestrian Accidents in California

Pedestrian accidents are more prevalent in California than in many other states throughout the U.S. Pedestrians have no protection from harm on our roads, which means that they are more likely than other parties to become injured or killed in the event of an accident. In 2021, it was reported that approximately 470 pedestrians were killed in fatal accidents and many others were seriously injured throughout California. Nothing is more difficult than losing someone you love in what you perceive to be a preventable accident. If you have been hurt in a pedestrian accident, you should speak with an attorney that you can trust.
