Santa Ana, CA – Injuries Reported in Car Crash on I-5 Near Yale Ave

Santa Ana, CA (May 27, 2022) – Injuries stemmed from a serious car crash that took place on a highway in Santa Ana on Friday evening, May 27.

According to California Highway Patrol officials, the accident happened at 7:36 p.m. in the northbound lanes of I-5 around the area of Yale Avenue. Several vehicles were traveling in the northbound lanes of traffic when they suddenly collided due to unknown reasons. It was believed that one or more vehicles lost control, leading to the collision. The involved vehicles sustained damages in the collision.

Several local responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were hurt in the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment. Their identities and conditions are not known at this time.
