Santa Ana, CA (March 4, 2023) – The California Highway Patrol responded to the scene of an injury crash on Saturday, March 4th. The crash was first reported at 10:30 a.m. on State Route 22 near the intersection with State Route 57.
According to dispatch notes, a white Honda and a white Lexus sedan collided with each other. One of the vehicles came to rest in the HOV lane of the roadway, and the other was off the roadway. The car in the HOV lane was blocking the roadway following the crash. When police arrived, they determined that one person had been hurt in the accident. An ambulance was then dispatched to the scene to provide medical treatment. The nature and extent of the injuries are unclear at this time.
