Santa Ana, CA (September 29, 2023) – The California Highway Patrol responded to the scene of an injury-causing vehicle crash on Friday, September 29.
According to dispatch notes, at least two vehicles collided on the northbound side of State Route 73, not far from the exit and transition ramp to Interstate 405. EMTs were dispatched shortly after the incident occurred at about 8:15 a.m., and paramedics appeared to identify an unknown number of victim injuries.
Details on the victims’ current conditions weren’t released publicly, and it’s unclear if EMTs took anybody to a local medical center.
