Car Accidents in California

Hundreds of thousands of people are seriously injured in car accidents throughout the state of California every single year. In 2017 alone, in fact, it was reported that approximately 197,146 car accidents took place within the state of California. Out of these accidents, an enormous 193,564 people sustained serious injuries as a result. The truth is, most of these accidents can be prevented but continue to occur due to the negligent acts of others. If you have sustained injuries in a serious car accident and believe that another party is to blame, you will have to show that the other party is at fault for your accident. It is crucial that you speak with an attorney who has your best interests in mind after an accident.
