Westminster, CA – Injuries Reported in Car Accident in WB Lanes of SR-91
Westminster, CA (March 14, 2022) – Injuries were reported in a car accident that took place on a major roadway in Westminster on Monday afternoon, March 14.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 3:24 p.m. in the westbound lanes of SR-91 around the area of Magnolia Avenue. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they forcefully collided with one another due to reasons that are not yet known. The involved vehicles were badly damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other local responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of the collision. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment, though their identities and conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the collision, the roadway was blocked in the area for a period of time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
