Rancho Santa Margarita, CA (January 27, 2022) – Injuries were reported in a car crash that took place at an intersection in Rancho Santa Margarita on Wednesday, January 26.

According to California Highway officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Oso Parkway and Antonio Parkway. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, causing them to forcefully collide with one another. The involved vehicles sustained severe damages as a result.

Numerous responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment. Their identities and conditions are not yet known.

Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for a period of time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
