I was in a car accident on 9/11/2013. I contacted Russell & Lazarus and was referred to Rosie and Kathleen who helped with my settlement. Both ladies were absolutely wonderful; they were on top of my case and always got back to me with answers to any questions within 24 hours. They kept me informed with the progress of my case. They both did a good job in negotiating my payment of bills down to a reasonable sum. At one point, I was ready to give up and settle, but both ladies told me to settle down and give it some more time. This process took time but in the end, they were able to settle and get me a larger sum for my accident.
