Los Angeles, CA – 5-Car Pile-Up Leaves 12 Injured on Exposition Park Dr

Los Angeles, CA (November 17, 2023) – Twelve people were injured during a five-car pile-up accident on Saturday, November 11 in Los Angeles. The incident took place at about 9:45 p.m. on Exposition Park Drive, in front of the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum in Exposition Park.

An official from the Los Angeles Fire Department reported that, out of the 12 people injured in the crash, seven required transportation to local hospitals, and five were in serious condition. The accident, which occurred in the area of Vermont Drive, also left two victims with injuries considered non-life-threatening. Two more people refused medical attention.

According to a local source, all five vehicles involved in the crash came to stops facing different directions up and down the roadway. A huge response from local fire crews as well as local police departments also left the normally busy intersection impassable for several hours.

The cause of the pile-up has not yet been determined. This accident is still under police investigation.
