Santa Ana, CA – One Killed in Fatal Rollover Crash on N Main St
Santa Ana, CA (April 9, 2022) – One person was killed in a fatal rollover crash that took place on a major roadway in Santa Ana on Saturday morning, April 9.
According to Santa Ana Police, the accident happened around 2:14 a.m. on North Main Street around the area of East 14thStreet. When police arrived at the scene, they found that two vehicles collided with each other due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles were identified as an overturned Chevrolet Colorado and a white Dodge Charger that caught on fire following the collision.
Several local responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. Fire crews had to use the Jaws of Life to extricate the driver of the Chevrolet. However, he was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. Nobody else sustained injuries in the collision.
Due to the severity of the collision, all lanes of North Main Street were blocked in the area for some time.
