Buena Park, CA – Tractor-Trailer Collision with Injuries on 5 Fwy
Buena Park, CA (May 6, 2022) – Police reported that a tractor-trailer collision took place on a highway in Buena Partk on Thursday afternoon, May 5, that caused injuries.
According to Buena Park officials, the accident happened around 1:56 p.m. on the 5 Freeway around the area of Auto Center Drive. Several vehicles were involved in the collision, including a sedan, a tractor-trailer, and an SUV. It is not known what caused the vehicles to collide with each other. All of the involved vehicles sustained severe damages as a result of the collision.
Local emergency responders were dispatched to the scene of the accident to help those with injuries. One or more victims in the sedan and SUV were injured in the collision. The party’s conditions are not yet known.
Traffic was blocked all the way from 5 Freeway to exit 114, 91 Freeway. This led to delays up to 10 minutes in the area until the scene was cleared.
