Motorcycle Accidents in California

Motorcycle accidents are known for happening more commonly in California than in many other places throughout the U.S. In 2019, it is estimated that approximately 474 people were killed in fatal motorcycle accidents due to the reckless acts of others. Motorcyclists are some of the most at-risk parties on our roads. This is due to the fact that they have no protection from harm in the event of an accident. If you have sustained the loss of a loved one in a motorcycle accident, you may wonder where you can turn.

On average, there are approximately 18 motorcycle accidents every day in California. This means that there is always a chance that a loved one could be taken from you in one of these accidents. If you have sustained the loss of a loved one in a motorcycle crash, you should know that you and your family have many protections. As you are grieving the loss of a loved one who has been taken from you prematurely, you may wonder how you will afford to pay the bills that continue to pile up. Luckily, with the help of a Laguna Hills wrongful death attorney, you can move forward during these complex times.
