Yorba Linda, CA – Man Killed, Woman Injured in MVA on Yorba Linda Blvd near Avenida Rio Del Oro
Yorba Linda, CA (July 15, 2022) – A crash reported in the Yorba Linda area claimed one man’s life while leaving a woman seriously injured during the early morning hours on Tuesday. At approximately one a.m., on July 12, the Orange County Sheriff’s Department responded to the site of a crash that occurred on Yorba Linda Boulevard.
According to reports, a white sedan was traveling in the area of Yorba Linda Boulevard when he became involved in a motor vehicle collision in the area near Avenida Rio Del Oro. The impact of the crash resulted in the vehicle going off the roadway and crashing into a tree before coming to rest on an embankment.
A man involved in the accident suffered significant injuries. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
A female involved in the accident suffered significant injuries and was rushed to a local hospital where she remains in stable condition.
The incident remains under investigation by the Orange County Sheriff’s Department at this time.
