  • Personal representative of the decedent’s estate (e.g. executor or administrator)

PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP

STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS

Every civil action has a time limit where plaintiffs must file suit or the action ceases to exist. This is called the Statute of Limitations.
